All extrusions are anodized aluminum 6005-T5 (15 µm anodic coating, salt-spray tested ≥ 1,000 h); all fasteners are stainless steel 304 with EPDM gaskets for galvanic isolation; ground-screw piles are hot-dip galvanized Q235 (≥ 80 µm zinc). Each SKU carries a CE Declaration of Conformity. TÜV Rheinland load reports and IEC 61215 / 61730 panel-compatibility statements are issued on request before order confirmation.

What is the typical MOQ and container loading for mid clamps and rails?
Mid / end clamps: MOQ 500 pcs (sample tier). A standard 40HQ holds approximately 25,000 mid clamps with packing inserts. Aluminum rail 4.2 m: MOQ 500 m; 40HQ holds approximately 12,000 m of 4.2 m rail bundled and stretch-wrapped. Full-container pricing kicks in at 5,000 pcs (clamps) or 5,000 m (rail).Which certifications are included with the bracket SKUs?
Every PV mounting SKU ships with a CE Declaration of Conformity. On request we provide TÜV Rheinland mechanical load test reports (per IEC 61215 §11.17) and IEC 61730 panel-compatibility statements for the panel models we have tested with. SASO, SONCAP, and SNI attestations are available when the destination country requires them.Do you supply engineering drawings and wind / snow load calculations?
Yes — DXF, STEP, and stamped PDF drawings are issued under NDA after a sample order is confirmed. For projects above 1 container we provide a free wind / snow / seismic load calculation for the buyer's site coordinates (per ASCE 7-22 or EN 1991-1-4, whichever the destination country requires).What is the lead time for a custom-length rail or a custom anodizing color?
Standard rail lengths (3,300 mm, 4,200 mm, 6,000 mm) ship in 7 working days. Custom lengths within our die set require 14 working days. Custom anodizing colors (black, bronze, champagne) require 21 working days plus a one-time die setup fee if the requested color is outside our standard run.How do you handle galvanic corrosion between aluminum and steel components?
We use stainless steel 304 fasteners as standard (SS316 available on request for coastal sites) with EPDM gaskets and butyl tape at every aluminum-to-steel interface. For sites within 5 km of saltwater we ship SS316 hardware by default and supply a free maintenance checklist for the buyer's O&M team.Do you ship full mounting kits per project, or only loose components?
Both. For sample / pilot orders we ship loose components. For project orders above 1 container we pre-pack kits per panel array (6 panels, 10 panels, 20 panels, etc.), with a printed pick list and BOM per box so that the installer never has to count loose hardware on-site. Kit packing is free for orders above 1 container.
